We are organized as a non-profit society under the BC Society Act, and our 15-member board of directors is appointed by Vancouver city council. Our board members are drawn from Vancouver's diverse business community for a minimum two-year appointment, with an additional four ex-officio members and two designated city council liaisons. We are also privileged to draw on the expertise of a 20-member advisory council, comprised of local business and academic leaders.
