My Business 2010

Welcome to the My Business 2010 website, a hub for the local business community to obtain information about the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic & Paralympic Games in order to help maximize the benefits and opportunities provided by the Games. The site features up to the minute Olympic news as it relates to Vancouver businesses, Q&A with answers provided by a selection of key organizations and an information centre linking to the most popular Games resources.

VEDC has established this site as part of the Vancouver Business Coordinating Committee, who are working to help ensure business readiness for the Games by providing current information about Games-related preparations, opportunities, and disruptions where they may occur. An engaged and prepared business community will ensure a successful Games that benefits the community, and a lasting legacy of the Games for local businesses.

    The Olympic and Paralympic Transportation Team (OPTT) released the third and final phase of its 2010 Winter Games integrated transportation plan today, outlining temporary street closures planned in the City of Vancouver on February 10, 12 and 28 and March 12. The closures are necessary to help ensure successful ceremonies.
